Wilkinson Maintenance
Originally established in 1970, Wilkinson Builders became Wilkinson Maintenance Ltd in 2001 following a buyout by Stuart and Sue Anderson in 1991. Over time we have developed into a company specialising in the maintenance and refurbishment of commercial units, including licensed, retail and social housing properties.
Environment
In line with growing public consciousness regarding green issues, we recognise our responsibility to minimise the impact our activities have upon the environment. We therefore have an Environmental Policy which underlines our commitment to this and to implementing new measures to meet and, where possible, exceed legislative requirements. These include recycling waste at our office in Birtley, only using Waste Disposal Contractors who make recycling a priority. On average, less than 3% of our waste is sent to landfill.
Quality
We place great emphasis on providing a high quality service to our Clients, and understand that this applies from the first call to our office through to the finish of works carried out. We therefore take a proactive approach to implementing measures to continuously improve delivery, as well as working to build strong relationships with our Clients.
Wilkinson Maintenance Ltd are also proud to support the Great North Air Ambulance Service and sponsor Durham Under 16s Rugby Club, as well as a number of local and national charities.
